Solid beech, designed in the 1950s and produced by France and Daverkosen, Denmark. This example bears the original France & Daverkosen burnt-in stamp, confirming its early production before the company became France and Son.

We once read that this is Jasper Morrison’s favourite chair and we can see why. It is beautiful from every angle. Excellent condition, consistent with its age. The chair frame is collapsible.

New feather and foam cushions, compliant with commercial fire safety standards.

Re-upholstered in Bute Magic CF1105/0308 Moment. 70% Wool, 25% Polyamide, 5% other fibres. Martindale Abrasion 100,000 cycles. All fibres are from a recycled source.
